Its’ intensity is magnified by its’ age, but don’t be worried, it could probably lay down for another five years, but instead drink this one and order a case so you can have fun with it in the future. It is a delicious sipping wine or have it with food, too. The spicy food will offset the sweetness, but if simple is your style – just nibble on some strong cheeses.
